ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE

All classes listed below currently take place online, live on ZOOM. We have outdoor classes available (weather permitting) but at the moment you must contact us directly through email [email protected] or text 845-224-5908 for more information. There is limited availability. 


Once your class is scheduled and purchased (scroll down for link) you will receive an email (might take a few hours) with a link/password for access to the online class. You MUST use this for access.

Class Description


Supported Yoga: This class is open to everyone from the newbie student who wants to learn the fundamentals or for the student recovering from injury or surgery  or for those who have movement restrictions and/or difficulties sitting on the floor.  The structure of the class is such that half the class is performed in the chair and the other half is out of the chair using the chair to aid balance if necessary.  The option is always available to practice this class in its entirety in or out of the chair as well.   This is a great class to begin your yoga journey!


Yoga for Strength & Stability: Here we explore the bodies full range of movements with a focus on building strength, stability and flexibility at a slow to moderate pace. Expect to be safely challenged, work hard, even sweat a little but class will includes lots of detailed alignment instruction. Options and modifications will be given to accommodate different levels. Expect to make many transitions between standing and seated postures. Not recommended for those with major movement restrictions. 


Yoga for Mind & Muscle Recovery: Do you regularly walk, hike, run, cycle, yoga, strength train, participate in competitive sports? Maybe gardening, dancing or horseback riding is your thing. Regardless of your level of activity or yoga experience, this class is designed to target the tightness you may experience from any active lifestyle as well as the stiffness and soreness that often occurs participating in activities. This class is great for increasing flexibility, restoring mobility and is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating to both the body and the mind. This class not only will compliment what your doing but plays an essential role in helping you stay injury free and keep you participating in the activities you love. You DO NOT have to identify as an "ATHLETE" to gain benefit from this class. It's great for beginning yogis or anyone looking for a slow and gentler practice.

Some people take private lessons to learn some basic yoga before they come to the regular group class. Others choose private lessons to receive one-on-one attention to their needs and get assistance in reaching specific goals. Whether its learning to relax, rehabilitate injuries or help in changing misalignment patterns, individual lessons are made for you. If you

already have a regular practice private lessons can assist you in advancing more quickly as you focus exclusively on your needs.

PRIVATE YOGA PARTIES:


Book clubs, bridal parties, birthday parties. Yoga parties are a great way to connect with friends, practice together and have fun right here at our studio. You can easily rent our studio for a private yoga party for you and your friends - we'll even provide the mats, teacher and music! A fantastic idea for sharing a blissful celebration.
